Organic Systems
As usual I will post my own reflections on this chapter after our conversation as a group. But I do want to steer your thoughts into practical applications.
- How can we live as an organic movement?
- If we agree that it is best for us to function from the bottom up, rather than being directed by a hierarchy of remote leaders, what will this look like for us?
- In what ways are we already thriving as an organic movement?
- Conversely, in what ways are we more like a hierarchy?
- How do you see us going forward? What will we look like in 3-to-5 years? Will we become more institutional, or retain our organic roots?
- What specific ideas do you have for getting everyone involved?
